ORDER AND PROCESSING

Standard processing includes orders processed + shipping within 1-5 business days. Major sales and holidays may require additional processing time. 

Changes to orders cannot be guaranteed once the order is placed. Email us at support@laceyandlaceycollection.com, include details of your order and we will do our very best to meet your needs. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Complimentary shipping on all orders over $100.                                                                                                                                 

Once orders are in possession of our carrier, transit times may vary based on shipping methods + delivery destination. 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label is created. 

Note: Once an order is shipped, the order’s tracking and final delivery are under the jurisdiction of the carrier. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer expedited shipping options for domestic orders. Pricing is based on the destination/weight of the package. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. This is the policy of the carrier, once the package is shipped from the Lacey & Lacey Collection, delivery is under the jurisdiction of the carrier. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Lacey & Lacey places great importance on the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is unopened and unused, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. 

However, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if there is any damage or defects. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and maintain our high standards of excellence. If you do notice any damage or defects, please report them within 48 hours by emailing us at support@laceyandlaceycollection.com

If you provide photographic proof of the damage within 5 business days, we will replace or refund the product for you. It's important to note that the buyer is responsible for the shipment of all returned items.

EXCEPTIONS

Unfortunately, Lacey & Lacey Collection. cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

NOTE: Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warmer temperatures. Products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods, we cannot be held liable for. We advise that you arrange to have orders delivered to an air-conditioned location, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage. 

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please contact, support@laceyandlaceycollection.com, with any return questions.
